Approval workflow in Odoo
You retain control. You can configure approval workflows in Odoo with multiple criteria and any number of levels. Works for approvals for vendor invoices and customer invoices. A bestseller.
HR Suite
Our HR Suite turns Odoo into an HR tool: Automatic calculation of vacation entitlement, statutory break regulations, multi-day part-time absence, absence requests across multiple allocations, resignation reports and much more.
Dynamic footer on documents
Customize the footer of your vouchers in Odoo to your needs - without programming.
Allocation of bank charges
For bank payments in Odoo, you can specify which party should bear the bank charges or whether they should be shared.
Project management extras
We have made specific improvements, e.g. the budgets can be controlled very easily with different hourly rates. Project budgets are not only shown by the hour, but also by the amount.

We have already built many interfaces. We offer these three as apps: Odoo to Fides interface, Odoo to HiBob interface, Odoo to Yokoy interface.

Finally, you can book automatically across several invoices against a down payment. We have also added a few useful configuration options.

Done correctly: The invoice is only sent to your customer when the goods are delivered. Automatically, of course.
POS Odoo cash register for Paytec terminals
The proven terminals from Paytec together with Odoo - no problem with us. In cooperation with our customer Paytec, we have developed an interface that seamlessly integrates both systems. Transactions from the cash register in Odoo are automatically transferred to the Paytec terminal. Credit notes are also possible.
